The Palembang 30000 POS office which is supported by information technology has a computer network that is directly connected to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) which has a bandwidth allocation of 20 Mbps. The problem at the Palembang 30000 POS Office is that there is no web proxy and Bandwidth Management application, so employees can access various sites that interfere with employee performance and employees who use the internet for free result in uneven bandwidth usage. The purpose of this study is to implement a web proxy and bandwidth management, so that the bandwidth is evenly distributed, therefore it is necessary to divide the bandwidth using a proxy routerboard, the method used for bandwidth distribution is using the simple queue method. By implementing a web proxy, it can control internet usage and block website sites that have the potential to interfere with employee performance, by making bandwidth management able to limit bandwidth usage and share bandwidth equally on each client, so internet access is now running more stable. The Palembang 30000 POS office which is supported by information technology has a computer network that is directly connected to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) which has a bandwidth allocation of 20 Mbps. Effect of equivalent salt deposit density on flashover voltage of contaminated insulator energized by HVDC

In Malaysia, the demand for electric power is increasing day by day due to more consumption of power in the industrial sector. Recently, the high voltage DC transmission lines are under construction near the coastal environments for transmitting the power to the all states of Malaysia. Therefore, there is a concern about the reliability of these systems especially under adverse environmental conditions due to sea salt spray contamination. This reliability of this contaminated insulator can be improved through its performance studies. For this performance study, an analytical expression between flashover voltage and ESDD of the contaminated insulator has been proposed using Dimensional Analysis technique. The results obtained from the analytical expression are compared with the experimental results and in close agreement are foun

The Challenges and Opportunities in the Implementation of E-learning for Competence Development of State Civil Apparatus

Despite its common utilization in developed countries, e-Learning is relatively new in intensive ASN training in Indonesia. The utilization of e-Learning has increased sharply due to the Covid-19 response protocol that imposes restrictions on physical interaction. This study aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities in implementing e-learning in ASN training in Indonesia during this pandemic. This study applied a descriptive approach. The quantitative data was collected through surveys, while the qualitative data was collected through interviews. The data were obtained from widyaiswara (trainers), organizers, participants, and alums of the 2020 CPNS Basic Training held at the ASN Cadre Development Center of the National Institute of Public Administration (LAN). The findings show that widyaiswara, organizers, and participants, in general, can adapt to e-Learning, even though it is relatively new and sudden and apt to have several challenges. The adaptability results in the excellent progress of the training initially designed with the classical model. It implies the existence of opportunities to overcome several difficulties identified to ensure that e- Learning can become an integral part of the ASN training system in Indonesia

Rapid Prototyping and Evaluation for Green Manufacturing

With global awareness of environmental risk and the pressing needs to improve efficiency, manufacturing systems are growing into new concept. Green manufacturing is reflected to employ various green strategies and technique to produce with eco-efficient. Green manufacturing aspects on the machine level were studied in various machining process. On this paper presentsthe green manufacturing review of Rapid Prototyping process. The objective is to evaluate the factors involved in green process of RP.Several comparative RP process respect to green manufacturing criteria are described.Rapid Prototyping process uses three dimensional CAD files to fabricate a physical model. Models are usually made from variety of material such as ABS, rubber and specific metals. Each material has the environment impact during the process and recycling.RP process are known as process not suitable for making direct product. However, lates technology makes it suitableto produce the parts with reasonable cost. For near the future, the utilization of this technology is becoming increasing and green manufacturing effect should be considered.Based on study conducted, several type of RP process is eco-efficient due to amount of waste material produced and environment impact during the process

Schistosomiasis Coinfection in Children Influences Acquired Immune Response against Plasmodium falciparum Malaria Antigens

Background: Malaria and schistosomiasis coinfection frequently occurs in tropical countries. This study evaluates the influence of Schistosoma haematobium infection on specific antibody responses and cytokine production to recombinant merozoite surface protein-1-19 (MSP1-19) and schizont extract of Plasmodium falciparum in malaria-infected children. Methodology: Specific IgG1 to MSP1- 19, as well as IgG1 and IgG3 to schizont extract were significantly increased in coinfected children compared to P. falciparum mono-infected children. Stimulation with MSP1- 19 lead to a specific production of both interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interferon-c (IFN-c), whereas the stimulation with schizont extract produced an IL-10 response only in the coinfected group. Conclusions: Our study suggests that schistosomiasis coinfection favours anti-malarial protective antibody responses, which could be associated with the regulation of IL-10 and IFN-c production and seems to be antigen-dependent. This study demonstrates the importance of infectious status of the population in the evaluation of acquired immunity against malari

Multiband Bandpass Filter (BPF) based on Folded Dual Crossed Open Stubs

A compact multiband bandpass filter (BPF) based on folded dual crossed open stubs (DCOS) is designed and analyzed. Two Crossed Open Stubs (COS) are used to generate concurrent six-band BPF, where the center frequency located at 0.95 GHz, 1.85 GHz, 2.65 GHz, 3.35 GHz, 4.375 GHz, and 5.25 GHz. The proposed BPF based on folded Dual Crossed Open Stubs (DCOS) is an expansion of tri-band BPF based on a single COS, where the second COS is used to generate second additional tri-band. To achieve miniaturization structure of proposed BPF, the DCOS is folded. The proposed BPF will be designed and analyzed by using Advanced System Design (ADS). The performances of multiband BPF which characterized by return loss, insertion loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and group delay, are conducted by simulation, measurement and analysis. It is shown that the simulation and fabrication results of insertion loss, return loss, VSWR, and group delay of the proposed multiband BPF are satisfied to design requirements. However, the center frequencies of fabricated the proposed multiband BPF are shifted average to 5?30 MHz lead to simulated results. This is due to some errors in fabricated process including imperfect dimension of fabricated BPF, soldering between connector to substrate and cable losses
